You can download the program by IAP+UART-IAP provided by us. In this way, the following projects need to be downloaded by linke for specific operations. Then you can download the program by UART1 instead of linke. Use linke to download the code in IAP, modify the user configuration word to jump into 0x1FFFF000 after execution, and then use wchlinkutility to download the IAP program in UART-IAP into 0x1FFFF000, then you can use UART1 to download your APP了
